What time should we pick you up?
Kadriye lies roughly 29 km from the airport, a drive of about 33 minutes in normal conditions. For an international flight, the usual advice is to be at the terminal two to two and a half hours before departure, so we work backwards from your flight time and add a margin for traffic.
Example: for a flight at 14:00, a pickup at around 10:45 brings you to the airport at about 11:20, leaving comfortable time for check-in, bag drop and security even if the roads are busy. On peak summer changeover days, when many guests leave the Belek hotels at the same hour, we may suggest a slightly earlier start. For domestic flights the buffer can be shorter – just ask us.
Collection from your hotel
At the agreed time your driver waits at the main entrance or in the lobby of your hotel. Most resorts in Kadriye want rooms vacated around midday, so settle the bill and return the key a little before the pickup; the driver then loads the cases and you are on your way.

The ride to departures
From Kadriye the road leaves the golf and hotel area, joins the main coastal highway and runs west straight to the airport. The vehicle is reserved for your party only: no shared shuttle, no collecting other guests on the way, and no fee for luggage or golf bags.
