Working out your pickup time
The road from Bogazkent to Antalya Airport is about 43 km and usually takes under an hour (about 46 minutes in normal traffic). Airlines generally ask international passengers to be at the airport two to two and a half hours before take-off. Add the drive and a small safety margin, and you have your pickup time.
- Flight at 15:00 – leave the hotel at about 11:30, arriving around 12:15.
- Flight at 07:00 – leave at about 03:30; the roads are empty at that hour, so the margin is generous.
In July and August, and on Saturdays and Sundays when many Belek-area hotels change over, we may advise starting a little earlier.
Meeting the driver at the hotel
Your driver arrives a few minutes before the agreed time and waits at the entrance or in the lobby of your Bogazkent hotel. Try to finish checkout before then – returning wristbands and keys and settling the bar bill can take longer than expected on busy mornings.

On the road to the terminal
The drive heads inland from the coast to the main coastal highway, then west past Belek and Kadriye to the airport. Antalya Airport has several terminals, and different airlines use different ones, so please tell us yours – you will find it on your ticket or booking confirmation. The driver drops you at the departures level, close to the check-in doors.
The car is private to your party: no shared shuttle, no other hotels on the way. A Minivan carries up to 6 passengers, a VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito up to 7, and a Mercedes Sprinter 8 to 16. Suitcases and golf bags travel free, and child seats are provided at no charge.
