Türkbükü is one of the closer resorts to Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV): roughly 47 km, normally about 44 minutes. You start on the main road along the Güllük gulf past Güvercinlik, then turn off before Bodrum town and wind over the hills to the north side of the peninsula, ending at the calm bay that Türkbükü shares with neighbouring Gölköy.

The final stretch is narrower and curvier than the main road, with lovely sea views as you descend. In high summer the village gets busy in the evenings, and the single road along the bay can slow down near the beach clubs. Arrivals in the morning or late at night tend to be the quickest.
