Choosing the right vehicle
All transfers use spacious vehicles; we do not use small cars. A couple usually travels in a Minivan (up to 6 passengers). If you would like extra comfort for the two-hour drive, choose the VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (up to 7). Families or friends travelling together in larger numbers can book a Mercedes Sprinter (8 to 16 passengers).
Luggage travels free of charge, and child seats are free on request. Tell us the hotel name and your flight number when you book. At large resorts with a main gate and a separate reception building, the driver brings you to the main entrance.
Return to the airport
Book the return together with your arrival if you like. For an evening flight at 21:00, plan to be at the airport about two hours before departure; with roughly two hours on the road and some buffer, a pick-up around 16:30 is a sensible starting point. We confirm the exact time with you on WhatsApp.
Please wait in the lobby at the agreed time. Check-out times are set by the hotel, so ask reception about a late check-out for an evening departure. Payment is made in the vehicle in cash, or by card if agreed in advance; no prepayment is required.
