The name confuses many travellers: Olympos Mocamp is not in Olympos near Çıralı. It is a beach campsite with bungalows at Andifli, about 2 km from the centre of Kaş on the Kaş–Kalkan road. Kaş is a small harbour town on the Lycian coast, a long way south-west of Antalya. When you book, simply write Olympos Mocamp, Andifli/Kaş so there is no doubt about the destination.

From Antalya Airport the distance is about 200 km, and the drive usually takes around 3 hours, depending on traffic and the time of day. Much of the road is winding, so a comfortable private vehicle with room to stretch out makes a real difference on a journey of this length.

Plenty of flights reach Antalya in the evening or at night, and with three more hours on the road it helps to have everything settled before you fly. Because the way back also takes about 3 hours, plan the departure with care. For an international flight you should be at the airport roughly 2–3 hours before take-off. Worked example: for a 15:00 flight, aim to arrive around 12:00–12:30, which means leaving Kaş at about 09:00.
