The evening at a glance
Fire of Anatolia is a large-scale dance show that tells the stories and legends of Anatolia through folk dance, music and modern choreography. Dozens of dancers move in tightly synchronised lines, with fast rhythms, colourful costumes and dramatic lighting, drawing on the many cultures that have lived on this land. It is a spectacle you can enjoy without understanding a word of Turkish.

Close to the arena stands the Roman theatre of Aspendos, built in the 2nd century AD and one of the best-preserved ancient theatres in the world; it is a separate site and a separate visit. The evening suits couples, families with older children and anyone who wants a cultural night out after a day at the beach.
Booking
How the evening runs
The whole outing takes about 5 hours including the transfers. A typical evening looks like this:
- Pickup from your hotel in the late afternoon or early evening.
- Drive to the Aspendos Arena near Serik, between Belek and Side.
- Arrival with time to find your seats before the performance starts.
- The show itself, usually lasting around an hour and a half.
- Return drive to your hotel at night.
The show season, the performance days and the start time change through the year; the exact schedule for your date is confirmed when you book, and your pickup is planned around it.
Good to know
Smart-casual clothing is fine. Evenings can be cool in spring and autumn, so bring a light jacket or shawl. Arrive with a little cash for snacks or drinks at the venue. The performance is loud and uses strong lighting effects, which most people love but which may be too much for very young children or anyone sensitive to bright flashes.
Because the show ends late, small children may be tired on the way home; older children usually find it exciting. The venue has seating, so there is little walking apart from the path from the car park, but older travellers should take care on the steps between the rows in the dark. Photo and video rules during the performance are set by the venue, so follow the staff's instructions and keep the flash off.
Pickup and transport
We pick you up from your hotel and bring you back after the show, from the resorts of the Antalya region – Lara, Kundu, Konyaaltı, Belek, Side, Kemer, Alanya and the places in between. Belek and Side are closest to the arena; from Kemer or Alanya the drive is longer. The pickup time depends on where your hotel is and is given to you when you book.
You travel in our own vehicles: a minivan of the VW Caravelle class, a VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito or a Mercedes Sprinter for larger parties. If you prefer a private version with only your own group, just ask. Child seats are free on request.
