Tekirova to Kadriye Transfer

Tekirova sits at the southern end of the Kemer coast, where the Taurus mountains drop almost straight into the sea and ancient Phaselis lies hidden among the pines. Many travellers spend the first part of their holiday here and then move east to Kadriye, the western part of Belek, for wide sandy beaches, big resort hotels and some of Turkey's best-known golf courses.

The distance is about 94 km and the drive usually takes about 90 minutes. You head north along the coastal road past Kemer, Göynük and Beldibi, with the mountains on one side and the sea on the other, then skirt the western side of Antalya near Konyaaltı and continue east around the city towards Belek.

The Antalya section is where time can vary. Weekday rush hours and busy summer evenings slow the city roads, so a late-morning or early-afternoon departure is often the smoothest. Your driver knows the alternatives and picks the best way on the day.

Check-out is usually in the late morning and new rooms are often ready in the afternoon, which suits a transfer of this length well: leave Tekirova after breakfast and you reach Kadriye around the time rooms open up. If you arrive earlier, ask the hotel about early check-in or a luggage room.
