Sığacık to İzmir Airport (ADB) Transfer

Sığacık lies on the coast near Seferihisar, about 60 km from İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB). The drive usually takes around 70 minutes: the first part runs on smaller country roads before you reach the faster routes towards İzmir and the airport. On summer weekends, when many visitors from İzmir head to this stretch of coast, traffic can build in both directions.

For an international flight, plan to be at the airport roughly 2–3 hours before departure (check your airline's advice). A worked example for an evening flight:

• Flight at 18:00 → be at ADB around 15:30
• About 70 minutes of driving plus a 20–30 minute buffer
• → pick-up at about 14:00

Many guesthouses in Sığacık sit within the old castle walls, where the lanes are narrow and partly closed to traffic. Tell us where you are staying and we will agree on the nearest convenient point for the vehicle, often just outside the walls or by the harbour. Hotels and holiday homes around Akkum, near ancient Teos or in the countryside are simpler: the driver comes to the entrance. With an afternoon or evening flight, ask your hosts about a late check-out or somewhere to leave your luggage, and enjoy one more slow lunch by the harbour. For an early flight, settle the bill the night before.

ADB has separate international and domestic terminals. Let us know your airline or flight number and you will be dropped at the right departures entrance. The transfer is private — only your party, no shared shuttle, no stops at other hotels.
