Kargıcak to Antalya Airport Transfer

Kargıcak lies east of Alanya, beyond Mahmutlar, where apartment complexes and hotels climb the slopes above the sea. The way to Antalya Airport (AYT) first leads back west through Alanya and then follows the D400 coastal road past Manavgat – about 145 km, usually around 140 minutes (2 hours 20 minutes). The town section through Alanya and summer traffic near Antalya are where extra time is most often lost; early in the morning the road is usually clearer.

For an international flight, aim to reach the airport about 2–3 hours before departure – your airline's advice comes first. Worked example for a 17:00 departure:

• At the airport by about 14:30.
• Kargıcak to AYT: about 2 h 20 min.
• Summer buffer: about 30 minutes.
• Pick-up: around 11:40.

We collect you at the lobby or main entrance of your hotel, or at the gate of your apartment complex in Kargıcak – please send the exact address or a location pin, as residences on the hillside can be tricky to find. With a late-morning departure you will usually leave around normal check-out time; for an afternoon or evening flight, ask reception about late check-out or a luggage room.

If you rent an apartment, agree the key handover with the owner in advance. For an early flight, pack the night before, keep passports and boarding passes in your hand luggage and have the suitcases ready by the door.

Child seats are free; just tell us the children's ages. Let us know your airline or terminal, since Antalya Airport has several terminals, and the driver will stop at the correct departures entrance.
