Payallar lies west of Alanya town, just past Konaklı and next door to Türkler, in a busy stretch of coast lined with holiday hotels. From Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport (GZP) the distance is about 59 km, and the transfer usually takes around 65 minutes.
Because GZP lies to the east, you travel west for the whole ride on the D400 coast road, with the sea on your left most of the way. The road passes Demirtaş, Mahmutlar, Kestel and Oba before skirting Alanya town; after Konaklı you are almost there. Antalya Airport, by comparison, is about 110 km from Payallar, so GZP is the more convenient choice when your flight lands there. In summer, especially in the late afternoon, traffic around Alanya can add some minutes.
