Trendy Aspendos Beach Hotel Transfer from Antalya Airport

Trendy Aspendos Beach Hotel is a 5-star hotel in Side, on the eastern stretch of the Antalya coast, roughly halfway between Antalya and Alanya. The area is known for its sandy beaches. The transfer from Antalya Airport (AYT) covers about 65 km and usually takes around 75 minutes, almost all of it on the D400 coastal highway.

For a group, that is long enough for the choice of vehicle to matter: everyone should have a proper seat, and the luggage should travel in the same vehicle rather than on laps.

Friends on holiday together, a sports team, a wedding party or several generations of one family: groups of 8 to 16 people travel together in a Mercedes Sprinter. A few points make group arrivals smoother:

• One fixed price per vehicle: the price does not grow with every extra person, and there is no luggage fee for the extra suitcases.
• One meeting point: the driver waits in the AYT arrivals hall with a name sign; give us the name of one group leader to put on it.
• Different flights: if your group lands on separate flights, send all the flight numbers. A separate vehicle can be booked for each arrival so nobody waits for hours.
• Smaller groups: up to 6 people fit in a minivan and up to 7 in a VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito.

Send your request on WhatsApp, 24/7, with the hotel name, the number of passengers, the flight numbers and a rough idea of the luggage, especially golf bags, bicycles or other bulky items. You receive a fixed-price quote within a minute. There is no prepayment and cancellation is free. Payment is made in the vehicle, in cash or by card if agreed in advance, so the group leader does not have to collect money weeks before the trip. Free child seats are available if children travel with you.

Groups take longer to gather in the lobby, so plan generously. With about 75 minutes on the road, a pick-up roughly four hours before an international flight gives everyone time to check in together. Check-out time is set by the hotel; if your flight is late in the day, ask reception about late check-out. Agree a meeting time with the whole group and be in the lobby at that time; the driver comes to the main entrance. The return can be booked together with the arrival.
