We only run private transfers – no shared shuttle and no stops at other hotels. The price is fixed per vehicle, not per person, and there is no night surcharge and no luggage fee.

Kundu is a popular choice for families, and a short ride is good news after a flight with tired children. To make it easy:

• Child seats are free – just tell us the age of each child when you book, so the right seat is already fitted.
• A Minivan (1–6 passengers) has room for a stroller and family luggage; the VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7) adds more comfort.
• For two or three families travelling together, a Mercedes Sprinter takes 8–16 people in one vehicle.

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We track your flight, so if it lands late the driver adjusts and waiting is free. Please send us your flight number and the hotel name when you book.

Large resorts in Kundu often have a main gate and a separate reception building. The driver takes you to the main entrance, so you do not need to carry bags across the grounds.

You can book the return at the same time as your arrival, and we agree the pickup time with you. Check-out time is set by the hotel; if you have an evening flight, ask reception about late check-out.
