We reply with the vehicle and the fixed price. That price is per vehicle, not per person, with no night surcharge and no luggage fee. There is nothing to pay in advance.

After landing, go through passport control and collect your luggage. In the arrivals hall, your driver is waiting with a sign showing your name. If your flight is delayed, there is no need to message us: we follow the flight number, and the waiting is free.

Depending on your group size, you travel in a Minivan (1–6 passengers), a VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7) or a Mercedes Sprinter (8–16). It is always a private transfer, never a shared shuttle.

The hotel is in Belek, the resort area east of Antalya known for its golf courses and large seaside resorts. The drive is about 33 km and usually takes around 40 minutes, heading east on the coastal main road and then towards the sea.

Large Belek resorts often have a main gate and a separate reception building. Your driver takes you to the main entrance. You pay there in the vehicle, in cash, or by card if agreed in advance.

If you booked the return, we agree a pick-up time based on your flight. On the day, be in the hotel lobby at that time with your luggage. If you have not booked yet, just message us on WhatsApp during your stay.

Check-out time is set by the hotel. With an afternoon or evening flight, ask reception about late check-out, so you can relax until the car arrives.

One last tip: if anything changes during your stay, such as a new flight time, an extra passenger or more luggage than planned, send us a short WhatsApp message so we can adjust the pick-up time or the vehicle in good time.
