• The drive takes around 40 minutes; add some reserve for traffic and loading luggage.
• That gives a hotel pickup at roughly 10:45, and you should be in the lobby, checked out, at that time.

Check-out times are set by the hotel. If your flight is in the evening, ask reception about late check-out before you fix the pickup time with us.

On arrival, your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. We track the flight, so a delay simply shifts the pickup and the waiting is free. Send us the hotel name and flight number when booking – that is all we need.

Large resorts often have a main gate and a separate reception building; the driver takes you to the main entrance so you can check in straight away.
