Getting a group to Belek together
The drive from Antalya Airport (AYT) to Crystal Tat Beach Golf Resort & Spa is about 35 km and takes around 40 minutes. For groups, the biggest advantage of a private transfer is simple: everyone leaves the airport at the same time in the same vehicle, without queuing for taxis or splitting up.
The price is fixed per vehicle, not per person. The more of you share a vehicle, the less it costs each person.

Which vehicle for how many people

A group of 12 friends, a golf society or an extended family usually fits into a single Sprinter. For more than 16 people, or a lot of sports equipment, we combine vehicles – for example a Sprinter plus a Vito – which travel together. There is no luggage fee, but tell us roughly how many suitcases and golf bags you have so the luggage space is right.
Planning tips for group arrivals
- Name one contact person who books on WhatsApp and stays in touch with us.
- Send all flight numbers. If the group arrives on different flights, we can plan separate transfers per flight, so nobody waits hours in the terminal.
- Give the final headcount, including children, and ask for free child seats if needed.
We track every flight; waiting for delays is free. The driver meets the group in the arrivals hall with a name sign and brings everyone to the hotel's main entrance.
The return and payment
Book the return together with the arrival. On departure day, the whole group should be in the lobby with their luggage at the agreed time; check-out times are set by the hotel, so ask reception about a late check-out if needed. Payment is made in the vehicle, in cash or by card if agreed in advance. There is no prepayment, and no night surcharge.
With a large group, allow a little extra time on departure day: gathering everyone in the lobby and loading a Sprinter with many suitcases and golf bags takes longer than for a couple. If part of the group flies home on another day or at another time, simply book a separate return for them.
