Your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign. Send us the hotel name and your flight number when booking; we track the flight, and waiting is free if it is delayed. Say your flight home leaves AYT at 15:00. A simple way to plan it:

• For international flights, aim to be at the airport about two hours before departure, so around 13:00.
• The drive from Kundu takes about 28 minutes; add a margin for traffic and loading the luggage.
• A pickup at the hotel at around 12:15 therefore works well.

Check-out time is set by the hotel. If your flight is in the evening, ask reception about late check-out, or arrange to leave your luggage until pickup. Either way, be in the lobby with your bags at the agreed time, and the driver collects you there.

You can book 24/7 on WhatsApp, and it is easiest to book the arrival and the return at the same time: send both flight numbers, the number of passengers and any child seats you need.

There is no prepayment. You pay in the vehicle, in cash or by card if agreed in advance. If anything changes, such as a new flight time, just message us on WhatsApp with the updated details.
