Göynük lies on the Kemer coast between Beldibi and the town of Kemer, where the Taurus mountains come close to the sea. From the airport the driver passes the western edge of Antalya and then follows the coastal road south-west. The distance is about 45 km and the journey usually takes around 60 minutes, a little longer when city traffic is heavy.

Check-out time is set by the hotel, so ask reception about late check-out if your flight leaves in the evening. Be in the lobby with the children and luggage at the agreed time; the driver comes to the main entrance, as large resorts often have a separate gate and reception building.
