Belek is a strip, not a single point

People often say they are going "to Belek", but the resort zone stretches along the coast east of Antalya for a good distance. Hotels, holiday villages and golf courses line it from Kadriye in the west, through Belek town in the middle, to Boğazkent at the eastern end. Because the airport lies to the west of the zone, the order on the map is also the order of your journey time.

  • Kadriye: about 29 km, around 33 minutes
  • Belek town: about 33 km, around 40 minutes
  • Boğazkent: about 43 km, around 46 minutes

So the gap between the nearest and the farthest corner of the zone is roughly a quarter of an hour on the road. That is small on a sunny afternoon, but it matters when you land late with sleepy children or when you are timing a return to the terminal.

Kadriye: first stop after the airport

Kadriye is the western part of the zone and the first part you reach after leaving the airport road. It is home to The Land of Legends theme park, which is why many families with children choose to stay on this side. Golf courses also start here and continue east along the coast.

The transfer is short enough that most guests are at reception about half an hour after the car pulls away from arrivals. Live prices for the trip are in the table on the Antalya Airport to Kadriye route page, and the Kadriye transfer page covers other routes into the area.

Boğazkent: the quieter eastern end

Boğazkent sits where the Köprüçay river reaches the sea, at the far eastern end of the Belek coast. It has a calmer feel than the busier middle of the zone, and it suits guests who want the Belek setting without being right next to the main resort traffic.

The extra distance adds only around a quarter of an hour compared with Kadriye. In practice your driver continues past the turn-offs for Kadriye and Belek town and keeps going east until the river mouth area. Prices for this longer leg are shown on the Antalya Airport to Boğazkent route page; the Boğazkent transfer page lists the other connections.

What about the middle of the zone?

If your accommodation is in or near Belek town itself, the drive is about 33 km and around 40 minutes. We have a separate guide for that, how to get from Antalya Airport to Belek, and the live table is on the Antalya Airport to Belek route. If you have not picked a place to stay yet, our overview of hotels in Belek may help you decide which end of the strip fits your trip.

Golf bags, prams and a group of friends

The Belek coast draws golfers, families and groups travelling together, and each brings different luggage. Since the price is fixed per vehicle rather than per person, the real question is which car fits everyone and everything.

  • Minivan: for 1-6 passengers with normal suitcases.
  • VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito: for 1-7 passengers, a comfortable choice for couples or a family with extra bags.
  • Mercedes Sprinter: for 8-16 passengers, or a smaller group carrying golf bags.

There is no luggage fee, so a set of clubs does not change the price. Just mention the bags when you ask for a quote so the right vehicle is sent. Child seats are free on request; tell us the ages of the children and they will be fitted before you get in.

Give the full address, not just "Belek"

Because the zone is long, the single most useful thing you can do when booking is to write the exact name and address of your accommodation, plus whether it is in Kadriye, Belek town or Boğazkent. That lets us quote the right route, send the right vehicle and tell you a realistic drive time. It also avoids the awkward moment when a driver heads for the middle of the strip and you are staying at its far end.

You get a quote within 1 minute on WhatsApp or by e-mail. Nothing is paid in advance; you pay in the vehicle, in cash or by card if agreed when booking, and cancellation is free.

Landing and the ride along the coast

After passport control and baggage, walk out into arrivals: your driver is waiting with a name sign. We follow your flight, so if it lands late the waiting is free and you do not need to send messages from the plane. There is no night surcharge either, which helps on the many evening and late arrivals into Antalya.

The car carries only your group, with no stops at other hotels. That is the main difference from a shared shuttle, which might tour the whole zone from one end to the other before reaching you, a real cost in time if you are staying in Boğazkent.

Planning the return

For the trip back, think about which end you are leaving from. From Kadriye you are close to the terminal; from Boğazkent you need to add that extra quarter of an hour, more on busy summer days. You can book both directions together and adjust the pickup time later. The driver collects you from your accommodation door and drops you at departures with the same fixed price per vehicle.
