Weddings, family reunions, friends' trips and company outings often bring bigger groups to Belek. Splitting a group across several taxis means waiting for each other at the airport and arriving at different times. With a Mercedes Sprinter for 8 to 16 passengers, everyone rides together in one vehicle, luggage included.

The price is fixed per vehicle, not per person, so the bigger the group, the lower the share for each traveller. There is no luggage fee, which matters when sixteen people each bring a suitcase.

When you book, tell us the total number of people, how many children (child seats are free on request) and roughly how much luggage you have. If your group arrives on different flights, send us all the flight numbers and we will plan the transfers accordingly, for example one vehicle per flight.

The hotel is in Belek, the resort area east of Antalya known for golf and large beachfront resorts. The drive covers about 33 km and usually takes around 40 minutes. Your driver waits in the AYT arrivals hall with a name sign; for a group, the sign can show the group or organiser's name.

We track the flight, so if it is late, the waiting is free. There is no night surcharge. Large resorts in Belek often have a main gate and a separate reception building, and the driver brings you to the main entrance.

There is no prepayment: the group pays in the vehicle, in cash or by card if agreed in advance. Booking works 24/7 on WhatsApp, and you can reserve the return at the same time.

For the return, we agree a pick-up time based on your flight. Please make sure the whole group is in the lobby at that time; with many people, gathering ten minutes early helps. Check-out times are set by the hotel, so ask reception if anyone needs a late check-out.
