Antalya Transfer with a Baby: Free Child Seats, Easy Arrival

When you send your booking, add one short line about the children: how many, and how old each one is. A message such as two children, 10 months and 3 years is all we need. With the ages in hand we prepare suitable seats before the driver sets off for the airport, so nothing has to be improvised in the car park.

There is no charge for the seats and no deposit. If your plans change after booking, for example a grandparent joins and you need a bigger vehicle, or your toddler has just moved up to a booster, simply write to us again on WhatsApp and we update the order.

• Tell us the number of children and their ages.
• Mention if you are bringing your own seat and want to use it instead.
• Book the return trip at the same time so the seats are planned for both journeys.

Families rarely travel light. A pram or buggy, a travel cot, a bag of nappies, a steriliser, maybe a baby bath: none of it costs extra with us, because there is no luggage fee on any transfer. The only thing that matters is that everything fits, so please list the bulky items when you book and we choose the vehicle accordingly.

A folded buggy and two large suitcases sit comfortably in a Minivan. If you also carry a travel cot, a second pram for twins or a pile of beach toys, the extra boot space in a larger vehicle makes loading quicker and keeps the cabin clear. After a flight with a baby, the last thing you want is a queue at a taxi rank or a hunt for a shuttle bus. With a private transfer the driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. You walk out of customs, find the sign and go straight to the car with the driver.

We track your flight, so a late departure from home is not a problem: if the plane lands later, the driver adjusts, and the waiting is free. That takes away the pressure of rushing through passport control with a sleepy toddler. Night flights are just as easy. A 2 a.m. landing costs the same as a midday one, because there is no night surcharge and the price was agreed before you travelled.

Every transfer is private, so you never share the car with strangers — if you think a child will need a break, tell us when booking and we will tell you what is possible. You choose from three vehicle types, all described on our fleet page:

• Minivan (1–6 passengers): fine for parents with one or two small children and normal luggage.
• VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7 passengers): more comfort and room, handy with several child seats in one row and a buggy in the back.
• Mercedes Sprinter (8–16 passengers): for two or three families travelling together, or grandparents, aunts and cousins all landing on the same flight.

Departure day is often harder than arrival: checking out, packing wet swimsuits, keeping a toddler happy until the flight. Book the return transfer together with the arrival, give us your flight time, and we agree a hotel pick-up time with you in advance. With children it is sensible to plan generously, so that a nappy change or a forgotten teddy does not turn into a race.

The same child seats can be ready for the return, so there is nothing to rearrange. If your flight time changes, write to us and we move the pick-up. You pay in the vehicle, in cash or by card if agreed in advance, so there is no prepayment to manage before your holiday, and cancellation is free if your plans change.
