When to book your Kaleiçi pickup
The drive from Kaleiçi to Antalya Airport is short, around 16 km and about 28 minutes on a normal day, but the old town sits right in the busy city centre. Morning and late-afternoon rush hour on the main avenues can easily add 15 to 20 minutes, so we always plan with a buffer.
For an international flight we recommend reaching the terminal 2 to 2.5 hours before departure. In practice that means: flight at 14:00 → pickup around 11:00. For a domestic flight you can usually leave about half an hour later. If you are unsure, send us your flight number and we will suggest a pickup time.
Pickup inside the old town walls
Kaleiçi is a maze of narrow, partly pedestrian lanes, and many of its boutique hotels and guesthouses cannot be reached by car right up to the door. When you book, tell us the name of your accommodation and we will agree on the nearest point the vehicle can access, often just outside the walls near Hadrian's Gate or the Clock Tower, or at the hotel entrance if the street allows it.
- Check out a little earlier than usual so you are not rushing with suitcases over the cobblestones.
- Ask reception whether staff can help carry luggage to the meeting point.
- Staying in a rented apartment? Send the exact address or a location pin via WhatsApp.
Your driver will be waiting at the agreed spot at the agreed time.
The drive to the terminal
From the old town the route heads east through the city towards the airport, which lies on the eastern edge of Antalya. Antalya Airport has two international terminals and a separate domestic terminal, so please tell us which one your airline uses; you will find it on your booking or boarding pass. The driver drops you directly at the departures entrance of the right building.
The transfer is fully private: no shared shuttle and no detours to collect other guests, which on such a short trip makes all the difference.
Booking and payment
You can reserve your Kaleiçi to airport transfer together with your arrival transfer or on its own at any time via WhatsApp, 24/7. Choose a Minivan for up to 6 passengers, a VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito for up to 7, or a Mercedes Sprinter for groups of 8 to 16. Child seats are free on request.
You pay a fixed price per vehicle, not per person; see the price table above. There is no luggage fee and no prepayment: you pay in the vehicle in cash, or by card if agreed in advance.
Frequently Asked Questions
What time should I be picked up in Kaleiçi?
Plan to be at Antalya Airport 2 to 2.5 hours before an international flight. With about 28 minutes of driving plus a city-traffic buffer, a 14:00 flight means a pickup around 11:00.
Can the car come to my hotel door in the old town?
Only where the street allows vehicles. Many Kaleiçi lanes are narrow or pedestrian, so we agree a nearby meeting point, often just outside the old town walls.
My flight leaves very early in the morning. Is there a night surcharge?
No. We operate around the clock and early-morning or night pickups cost the same fixed price per vehicle.
Do I pay extra for suitcases?
No, there is no luggage fee. Just tell us roughly how many bags you have so we send a vehicle with enough room.
How do I book the transfer to the airport?
Send us your hotel name, pickup date, flight time and number of passengers on WhatsApp. You can book it together with your arrival transfer or separately.
