Limak Arcadia Sport Resort Airport Transfer

Belek lies on the coast east of Antalya and is best known for its golf resorts. It is further out than Lara, the hotel strip east of the city near the airport, but much closer than Side. The distance to Limak Arcadia Sport Resort is about 33 km, and the drive normally takes around 40 minutes along the coastal highway before turning off towards the Belek coast.

Booking takes one WhatsApp message, 24 hours a day. To get everything right first time, include:

• The hotel name – Limak Arcadia Sport Resort, Belek.
• Your flight number and arrival date, so we can track the flight.
• The number of adults and children, plus children's ages if you need free child seats.
• Any bulky luggage, such as golf bags – there is no luggage fee, but it helps us choose the vehicle.
• Your return flight, if you want to book the return transfer at the same time.

We then match the vehicle to your party: a Minivan (1–6), a VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7) or a Mercedes Sprinter (8–16). The price is fixed per vehicle, not per person.

• Passport control and baggage: take your time; we track your flight, and waiting is free if you are delayed.
• Arrivals hall: your driver waits with a sign showing your name.
• The drive: a private vehicle just for your party – no shared shuttle and no stops at other hotels. About 40 minutes to Belek.
• At the hotel: large resorts often have a main gate and a separate reception building; the driver brings you to the main entrance.

Arriving at night? There is no night surcharge. Check-in times are set by the hotel, so let reception know if you will arrive very late or very early.

For the return, be in the lobby at the agreed time. A worked example: with an evening flight at 18:30, a pickup at about 16:00 leaves enough time for the drive and airport check-in. Since check-out is usually earlier in the day, ask reception about late check-out or luggage storage.

You pay in the vehicle, in cash or by card if agreed in advance. No prepayment is required.
