VIP Transfer from Antalya Airport: What to Expect

The word VIP is used loosely by many transfer services, so it is worth being precise. With us, VIP refers to the vehicle and the way the ride is handled:

• The car: a Mercedes-Benz Vito with leather seats and a screen, for up to seven passengers.
• Private: only your party travels in it. There are no other hotels on the way and no shared shuttle.
• Personal meeting: the driver stands in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.
• Door to door: from the terminal straight to the entrance of your hotel, villa or apartment.

We do not promise extras we cannot guarantee on every ride, so you will not find claims about onboard Wi-Fi or drinks here. What you get is a comfortable, clean vehicle, a direct route and a price that was settled before you landed.

1. Before the trip you send your flight number, the hotel name and the number of passengers. You receive a fixed-price quote within a minute.
2. On the day we follow your flight. If it lands early or late, the pick-up moves with it, and waiting caused by a delay is free.
3. After passport control and baggage reclaim you walk out into arrivals, where the driver is holding your name sign. Our Antalya Airport arrival guide explains the terminal layout.
4. At the car the driver loads the cases. Child seats you asked for are already fitted, free of charge.
5. On the road you go straight to your accommodation, with no stops for other passengers.

• Konyaaltı ≈27 km, ≈35 min

• Alanya ≈125 km, ≈120 min

The Vito suits travellers who want the arrival to feel calm rather than rushed:

• couples on a honeymoon or anniversary trip;
• families with small children who need space for a pushchair and fitted child seats;
• business guests heading to a meeting or conference hotel;
• groups of up to seven friends who would otherwise need two taxis.

The Vito also suits golfers heading to Belek, because bags and trolleys travel at no extra charge; just tell us how many golf bags you have so the space is planned. The same goes for surfboards, bicycles in boxes or a wheelchair that folds: mention it when you book and we will confirm that it fits.

Antalya receives a large number of flights in the middle of the night, especially in summer. This is exactly when a pre-arranged car is most valuable: after a long day of travel you do not want to queue, negotiate or explain your hotel name in another language. The driver is already there, the destination is already known and the price is already agreed.

A few small things make a night arrival smoother. Keep your phone switched on after landing so the driver can reach you if needed, and tell us in advance if anyone in the group is travelling on a different flight. If your hotel reception closes at night, let the hotel know your expected arrival time; the drive itself takes the same time as by day, often a little less because the roads are quieter.

The VIP transfer is priced per vehicle, not per person. The amount is agreed when you book and stays the same whatever the traffic, the landing time or the number of suitcases. There is no night surcharge for late arrivals and no luggage fee.

It is easiest to book both directions in one go.
